Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of order confirmation.
Orders are shipped only on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5 to 7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India.
There are no additional charges regardless of order value or location.

Tracking & Updates

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp on the registered phone number. Please ensure the number entered at checkout is correct.

Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted courier services such as DTDC and India Speed Post, selected based on your delivery location to ensure timely delivery.

Express Shipping & COD

  • Express Shipping: Available on request; additional charges may apply.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on eligible orders. Availability will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Issues & Damage Claims

  • If your parcel is lost in transit (as confirmed by the courier), we will reship the order at no extra cost.

  • For damage claims, a complete 360-degree opening video is mandatory. The video must start from the sealed package and clearly show the unboxing process.

    • No claims will be accepted without this video.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays, but we will provide full support to track and resolve the issue.

Address Changes

Address changes are allowed only if the parcel has not been dispatched. Once shipped, no changes can be made.
