At Radhya Store, we take great care in handcrafting and packaging every product. As our items are often made-to-order and involve delicate materials, we request customers to carefully read the cancellation and refund terms outlined below.


Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched.

  • Once the parcel is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Customer dissatisfaction based on design preferences or minor variations

  • Delays caused by courier companies

  • Orders canceled after dispatch

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  1. Lost Shipment

    • If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier company, we will either reship the order or issue a full refund based on your preference.

  2. Damaged Product

    • To qualify for a refund or replacement due to damage, you must provide a complete 360-degree opening video of the package from seal to product.

    • The video must be unedited and clearly show the damage as you open the parcel.

    • Without this video, no damage-related claims will be accepted.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, as each piece is handmade and produced in limited quantity.
