We sell handcrafted Laddu Gopal Poshak and related items.
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, and measurements. However, minor variations in color, pattern, and size may occur due to handmade nature, lighting, or screen settings.

3. Orders and Acceptance

  • Orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

  • A successful order confirmation will be sent to your registered contact details.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment information.

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free across India. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and delivered as per our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services.

6. Returns and Cancellations

As our products are handmade and often made-to-order, we do not accept returns.
Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

  • In case of a lost shipment (as confirmed by the courier), we will reship your order at no additional cost.

  • For damage claims, a 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory from seal to opening. No claims will be entertained without the video.
